Responsibilities: Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as GE Discovery 630 Dual Head and GE PET systems. Operate within a multifaceted imaging department that includes MRI, CT, X-Ray, and additional specialty modalities. Ensure patient safety and quality imaging by following established radiation safety guidelines, including the use of a provided radiation badge. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across various imaging departments; flexibility to float to X-Ray or CT areas if licensed is valued. Utilize EMR and PACS systems, specifically Epic and McKesson, for efficient patient data management and image archiving. Adhere to department scheduling protocols without weekend, holiday, or on-call nuclear medicine duties. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Current BLS certification. Certification as ARRT (NM) or CNMT required. Additional licenses in ARRT RT(R), CT, or MR are advantageous but not mandatory. Must possess a valid driver's license and reside within a 50-mile radius from the facility. Compliance with nail policy prohibiting artificial nails in patient care areas. Flexibility, positive attitude, and eagerness to cross-train and collaborate with colleagues. Additional Information: Orientation typically requires 1-3 shifts. No weekend, holiday, or call duties for Nuclear Medicine staff. Radiation badge provided by the client. Floating is required only if licensed in X-Ray/CT or other imaging modalities.
