The HSE Representative is responsible for promoting a safe and environmentally compliant work environment by ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role supports daily operations by identifying hazards, conducting inspections, and reinforcing a strong safety culture across the workforce. Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-siteConduct routine safety inspections, audits, and job site evaluationsIdentify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventative actionsLead and participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessionsMonitor compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirementsInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare detailed reportsSupport Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and risk assessments for ongoing operationsMaintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reporting logsAssist with emergency response planning and drillsServe as a point of contact for safety-related concerns and guidanceHigh school diploma or GED required; degree in safety, environmental science, or related field preferred2+ years of HSE or safety experience (oil & gas, construction, or industrial setting preferred)Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standardsStrong observation, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in field environments and adapt to varying conditionsMust meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, fit for duty and agility.
