This role provides on-the-job training, skill development, and workplace integration support to help participants build independence, meet employer expectations, and thrive in their roles, inside community-based employment, Group Support Employment, and NW Works on-site Group Supported opportunities. Job Coaches are essential to NW Works' commitment to inclusive employment. By providing direct, individualized support, this role helps participants build confidence, independence, and long-term success in the workforce. Hours will be 16-20 hours per week and days will vary.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and verification of a clean driving recordMinimum of one year of experience working in the Human Services field (preferred but not required)
