Job Summary: The primary purpose of the Assistant Director of Nursing Services position is to assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing and supervising the day-to-day activities of the facility in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations. This position is charged with the responsibility to assure that consistent quality care is delivered to the patient/resident population. As Assistant Director of Nursing Services, this position is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out the assigned duties.
