A dynamic opportunity is available for a California-licensed pharmacist with hospital experience to support pharmacy services at a facility providing care for 60 acute care and over 100 long-term care beds. This 13-week contract position offers an immediate start and is based on the beautiful California coast. Responsibilities include order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with physicians and nurses, and applying pharmacokinetics knowledge to optimize medication therapy. The candidate will work with Altera Sunrise pharmacy IT systems, with training provided for those unfamiliar with this platform.
