A rewarding opportunity is available for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a supportive school district in the Jersey Shore, PA area. This contract position will extend through the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year with flexibility in work format-on-site, hybrid, or virtual-and options for full-time or part-time hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In this role, you will play a vital part in both direct student support and professional mentorship. Your responsibilities will include providing expert behavior support to classroom teams, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), and training educational staff. A key component of this position is supervising and mentoring ABA apprentices-future BCBAs-by overseeing their restricted and unrestricted hours necessary for BCBA certification.
