You will:Deliver Evidence-Based SUD TreatmentFacilitate individual and group therapy addressing substance use disorders, relapseprevention, recovery skills, and co-occurring mental health conditionsUtilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approachesCollaborate Across DisciplinesParticipate in interdisciplinary treatment planningProvide family counseling and education to support sustained recoveryEnsure Continuity of CareMaintain consistent communication with clients, families, referral sources, andcommunity partnersSupport discharge planning and long-term recovery outcomesMaintain Clinical & Regulatory ExcellenceEnsure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standardsComplete timely, accurate, and clinically sound documentationWhat We're Looking ForEducation & LicensureBachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with active LSW anddocumented group therapy experience ORMaster's degree in Social Work or CounselingRequired / Preferred LicensureLCDC I, LCDC II, or LCDC IIIAdditional QualificationsCurrent, unencumbered Ohio clinical licenseExperience in substance use disorder treatment preferredMust be 21 years of age or older
