Primary focus is recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment to support symptom management, functional recovery, and engagement in education, employment, and community life. Collaborates closely with psychiatric providers, case managers, and support specialists. Schedule may include evening hours to meet client needs May provide assessments and treatment planning in our open access clinic and make appropriate referrals. Additional duties: Creating treatment plans specific to the client's goals, strengths, and weaknesses Assessing risk factors of harm to self or others Referring to alternative or supportive services based on the client's needs Providing timely electronic clinical documentation Consulting and supervision with other clinicians Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team Assisting in training and orientation of others Community Outreach and Education Other duties as assignedMinimum Hiring Requirements MSW/LSW required. LCSW preferred. LMFT/LMHC considered. Three years of experience in social service setting preferred There is a $2000 sign-on bonus for this full-time position (pro-rated by FTE).
