The department operates two advanced CT rooms with top-tier equipment, including GE VCT and Siemens Somatom 64-slice scanners. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No call requirements Key Qualifications: Active BLS certification West Virginia X-Ray License (or ability to apply post-offer) WV CARES clearance required before starting Prefer ARRT (CT); will consider those with a minimum of 3-5 years of CT experience IV start experience required Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced setting Open to first-time travelers Duties and Role Highlights: Perform a range of CT imaging, including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, as well as biopsies and sterile tray setups Average of 65 scans daily Training provided in biopsy procedures, if needed Use EMR (Community Works) and PACS (Intellirad/Intelliconnect) for imaging management Collaborate with a team of technologists and some nursing support; radiologist in-house until 5 PM with overnight call support No floating to other departments required Must be prepared to sometimes work solo during overnight shifts Additional Details: Must provide a copy of an unexpired driver's license with submission Full disclosure of licensing background required Benefits: Department-specific orientation: five shifts with a preceptor for thorough onboarding Clean, professional attire required; scrubs in any color are permitted, with an option to match permanent staff colors If you are ready to broaden your expertise and thrive in a supportive, fast-paced clinical setting, submit your application today and make a vital difference in healthcare imaging!
