Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment.Minimum Requirements:2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience with references.American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.Graduate from an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.BLS certification.State radiologic technologist license (Florida).Experience with Philips IR table and image acquisition equipment.Familiarity with Meditech documentation system.Ability to cover one week of on-call responsibilities per month.Preferred: ACLS certification.Assignment DetailsFacility type: Hospital.Unit: Special Procedures / Interventional Radiology.Shift name: Days.Shift hours: 07:00 - 19:00.Typical procedures: Y90, prostate embolization, tunneled catheter placement, thoracentesis, paracentesis.Documentation system: Meditech.Call requirement: one week per month.Location Highlights Miami, FL offers a coastal, urban lifestyle with cultural and recreational options within short drives.
