Healthcare Nursing Center - We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This pivotal role will support the full scope of Human Resources functions within a skilled nursing/rehabilitation environment, ensuring our employees feel valued, supported, and engaged.This role requires having human resources experience within a long term care/short term rehab/nursing home environement. Key Responsibilities:Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to smooth, welcoming onboarding experiences.Oversee accurate and timely payroll administration.Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain meticulous HR records.Handle regulatory reporting, audits, and other compliance activities.Support additional HR duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years’ HR experience in a long-term care or short-term rehabilitation settingStrong knowledge of healthcare HR compliance standards.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Why You’ll Love It Here:This is more than a job – it’s a chance to have a real impact on the lives of our residents and the team who cares for them.
