The UnityPoint Clinic team is known for excellence and quality patient care putting patients at the center of their care to provide the best level of health and well-being. Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access Established practice serving Fort Dodge and the surrounding communitiesCurrent state: partnership with urology group to provide 5 days of physician coverage per monthFuture state: recruit full-time urologist to the community to provide more access - continue urology partnership for support, mentoring, call backup and collegiality Full-time ARNP in the clinic 5 days per weekExperienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely wellFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordinationAverage patients per day varies depending on clinic/OR schedule, approximately 20-25Inpatient consults Office procedures: bladder botox, bladder scope, prostate biopsy, stent removal, vasectomy, etc. Call requirement: 10 days per month, remaining days covered by Urology partnersProvide outreach services to community network affiliates Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work as a team member and improve the health of the people and communities we serve Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentMD or DOBoard Eligible or Board Certified in UrologyAbility to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of IowaHold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practiceEligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)J-1 waiver sponsorship available We Offer Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation programAttractive incentive packageA competitive program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
