City of Hope is seeking a Research Associate I to join Dr. Elizabeth Budde's T Cell Therapeutics Research Laboratories. This role involves fast-paced research in cutting-edge technology, immunotherapeutic programs, and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions to critical illnesses. As a successful candidate, you will be: * Conduct tissue culture, maintaining cell cultures and applying aseptic techniques for various cell lines, especially T cell lines. * Perform T cell functional assays, including cytotoxicity, cytokine production assays, and ELISAs. * Conduct cell staining for Multicolor Flow Cytometry and analyze flow cytometry data. * Assist in murine surgical procedures, tissue harvesting/preparation, and contribute to revising/maintaining lab protocols. * Provide routine lab support and maintain activities in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
