Provides individual and group counseling and develops, implements, and monitors intervention strategies to support students' academic, behavioral, and personal growth. Collaborates with parents and multidisciplinary teams, including participation in IEP development meetings. Responds to school crises and provides immediate support and intervention. Provides training and consultation to staff and parents related to child development, learning, and behavior management. Maintains accurate, confidential records and prepares required reports and documentation in accordance with school policies and regulations. Stays current in the field of school psychology, maintains professional credentials, and performs other duties as assigned.
