We're seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide full-scope primary care in a relationship-based model. What You'll Do * Deliver direct patient care including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and (if applicable) inpatient care * Conduct comprehensive exams and screenings for health maintenance * Document clinical observations and maintain timely, accurate medical records * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and chart reviews * Serve as a preceptor for providers in training * Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required * Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and clinic safety standards * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the diverse health and social needs of our patients * As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll play a vital role in advancing our mission of equitable, community-based care-bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to our team What You Bring * Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine * Graduation from an accredited medical school * Current Oregon medical license, DEA registration, and CPR certification * Experience in community health centers or underserved settings preferred * Strong understanding of FQHC operations, compliance, and clinical protocols * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based setting * Commitment to confidentiality and culturally responsive care * Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends Benefits & Perks * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * Life Insurance & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Retirement Plan * Inclusive, team-oriented culture with opportunities for growth Accessibility & Accommodations We're committed to supporting all team members.
