Branch Director - Private Duty Home Care / Personal Care   If you are a Regional Director, Administrator, General Manager, or Executive Director with Home Care experience, then you need to read on....   Branch Director Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established Private Duty and Personal Care Home Health provider looking for a Branch Director based in the Lancaster, PA area. This person will oversee all operations and growth for their Medical and non-Medical Home Care services.  Private Duty / Private Pay Home Care leadership experience is required. A clinician is not required.  This organization is poised for growth so a track record of business development is a must. PA Office of Developmental Program experience is strongly preferred.  Branch Director Job Requirements  Private-Duty / Personal Home Care leadership experience. Experience with Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, VA, Private Insurance, Office of Developmental Programs, and Private Pay payer sources preferred. Associates degree preferred. Branch Director Responsibilities  Oversite of day-to-day operations of Private Duty & Personal Care service lines. Responsible for compliance to state and federal rules and regulations. Network within the community to increase referral base and census. Implement strategies to increase care-giver staffing and retention.
