JOB SUMMARYUT Southwestern (UTSW) Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Audio Visual Support Specialist I with excellent customer service skills and experience with various audio visual equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for patient education technology support spanning many patient rooms and event/conference spaces in multiple buildings on the UTSW campus and remote teaching and learning. You will be engaged in providing technical support with video conferences, live streaming, live audiovisual events, and ensure presenters are informed of the in-room technology. You will ensure presentation equipment is ready prior to the start of events/presentations, to include providing support for issues prior and during presentations. This position is 100% on campus and may require on-call support during off-hours and/or holidays.
