External job applicants with a confirmed positive drug or alcohol test result shall be denied employment and shall be required to wait one year before applying for another position within Tulsa County.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Conducts intake assessments with all new students following admission to Phoenix Rising Alternative School.• Develop individualized treatment plans with the involvement and consent of the students and their support system, making referrals to community partners when appropriate.• Plan and facilitate group interventions based on trends in student population. • Participate in staffing cases with a multidisciplinary team.• Provide information and consultation to school staff regarding best practices in working with justice involved youth. • Respond to calls from clients and/or families for crisis solutions. • Provide support to members of the student's immediate family throughout the change process. • Complete documentation regarding student progress/regress including documentation regarding each family/student contact.• Perform other duties as assigned.
