American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with trauma experience and ARRT certification for a 13-week travel contract at a Level 2 trauma center in New Jersey.Job Details• 13-week contract in a hospital CT department that works closely with the Emergency Department, serving an inner-city community,• Level 2 trauma center treating stroke, adult, and pediatric trauma patients,• Department has 3 CT scanners: 2 GE units in the main CT area and 1 Toshiba unit located inside the ED,• Procedures include general CT, angiograms, strokes, traumas, and IR procedure scanning,• Cerner charting experience preferred,• Schedule is Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM (3x13-hour shifts with 1-hour lunch),• No on-call requirements,• No floating required,• Holiday coverage is required,Job Requirements• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience,• Trauma experience required,• Current BLS, ARRT, and NJDEP licensure required,• Experience with GE and Toshiba CT equipment,• License required if applicable,Additional Information• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• Flu vaccine required, or a religious/medical exemption must be provided,• Two current references required for consideration,• Dress code: black top, black bottom scrubs; short white lab coat optional,• Parking fee of $50/month may apply depending on work location,• ID badge fee of $10 applies,• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced travel pay rate
