This leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and resident and family satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of resident care and nursing servicesSupervise, train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staffConduct resident assessments and care plan reviewsEnsure compliance with Washington State Boarding Home regulationsManage medications, documentation, and emergency situationsCommunicate regularly with families, providers, and the AdministratorParticipate in quality assurance, inspections, and corrective actionsQualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED required; Nursing degree preferred5+ years in a related healthcare field with 2+ years in a supervisory roleActive Washington State Nursing License (required)Valid WA Driver's License with clean driving recordCPR (within 30 days), Food Handler, Dementia & Mental Health Training (within 90 days)Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and documentation skillsPhysical RequirementsLift up to 50 lbs; push residents up to 250 lbs in wheelchairStand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shiftWe maintain a strong policy of Equal Employment Opportunity for all associates.
