Requisition #:213632 Location:Madison, WI 53703 Category:LPN/LVN Salary:$32.00 - $40.00 per hour Position Details Position Overview: Join our care team as an LPN Clinical Intake Coordinator and help drive high-quality, compliant, and efficient home healthcare. You'll be the go-to for clinical oversight, documentation review, and client support-ensuring our standards stay top-notch while optimizing operations.
