Job Purpose: * The Assistant Director of Nursing at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing department's operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves managing nursing staff, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. * Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure they provide compassionate and effective care to patients. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve treatment outcomes. * Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team. * Monitor patient care delivery and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high standards of care. * Support the Director of Nursing in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning for the nursing department. * Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and nursing activities. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and development. * Stay updated on the latest nursing practices and healthcare regulations to ensure the department remains compliant and innovative.
