Who we are looking for: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) - including new graduates - who want to make an impact in skin and wound care through in-home patient visits. You bring the passion-we'll provide the training and support! Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to): * Traveling independently to Private Homes, Adult Family Homes, and Independent Living Facilities * Independently perform wound care, including photo documentation of skin conditions, dressing changes, and UltraMist treatments (pain-free debridement) - seeing approximately 6-8 patients a day * Apply and remove topical medications and dressings * Collaborate with our providers virtually through audio/visual visits * Occasionally assist the provider in person with wound care procedures * Perform administrative tasks and complete documentation as necessary * Abide by company safety protocols for every visit; i.e. check in and check out * Participate in regular team meetings for training, team building, and professional development * Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned Skills required to succeed: * LPN or PTA; licensed in working state * Driving!
