A full-time opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services within a K-12 school setting in Harpursville, New York. This onsite contract position offers the chance to work closely with students, faculty, and families to support student success and well-being through psychological evaluation and intervention. Key Responsibilities: Administer and interpret a variety of psychological assessments, including WISC, WCJ, BASC, and others, to evaluate student needs. Manage a diverse K-12 caseload, providing timely and accurate evaluations. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies and promote effective educational outcomes. Participate in professional meetings and contribute to special education eligibility determinations. Maintain detailed records and reports in compliance with district guidelines. Qualifications: Degree in School Psychology or related field with valid certification/licensure. Proficiency in psychological evaluation tools such as WISC, WCJ, and BASC. Experience serving K-12 populations in school settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work onsite and maintain consistent schedules.
