Located in Columbia, MD, this contract role requires working Monday through Friday for 35 daytime hours per week. Key responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), collaborating with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and training staff on these plans. The role also involves monitoring the fidelity of BIP implementation and overseeing accurate data collection. Maintaining thorough documentation and actively participating in interdisciplinary meetings are essential components of this position.
