As a BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will provide a comprehensive, individualized and behaviorally focused treatment that assists children in discovering their potential in the home, school and community.Pay: $65,550-$72,630Job Status: Full TimeWorking Hours: 40 hours per weekResponsibilitiesMain duties for the position will include but are not limited to: Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments Opportunity to Conduct Trainings Provide oversight and supervision to ABA interns Assist clinicians with data forms and data collection Complete a quality assessment of the strengths and therapeutic needs of the child and his/her family Develop an individualized treatment plan to address the client's needs which clearly define interventions for all team members Include the child, his/her family members, schools and other community contacts as valuable members of the treatment team and as partners in treatment Function as the team leader and lead the treatment team Assist treatment team members in implementing interventions appropriately Provide case management services for the client Collect and analyze data to support treatment progress in measurable terms Provide services in home, school and community settings Attend treatment team meetings to discuss treatment goals Attend quarterly BCBA meetings Provide clinical supervision to BHT/BHT-ABA's and on site, as needed and if qualified per regulations Pay $65,550-$72,630 Degree Requirement License Working Hours 40 hours per week Job Status Full Time
