Job DescriptionClinic Lead (NP/PA) - Men's Health Clinic Location: Charlottesville, VA (Onsite)Employment Type: Part-Time (24 hours/week; potential to grow to 30 hours/week)Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:45 AM - 2:00 PMCompensation: $50 - $63/hour (DOE)Additional Compensation: Bonus potential after 90 days based on performance Position Overview Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Clinic Lead (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a concierge-level men's health clinic in Charlottesville, VA. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity with potential to increase hours based on clinic growth and candidate preference. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, optimizing hormone health, and supporting clinic operations in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations, physical exams, and health assessments Evaluate and optimize hormone levels through treatment planning Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and lab results Prescribe medications and develop individualized care plans Administer intramuscular and PRP injections Provide patient education and counseling on treatment plans Collaborate with clinic staff, including Medical Assistants and front office team Maintain patient volume and support clinic growth initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentationQualifications Required: Active and valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Virginia Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent) Strong clinical knowledge and experience diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions Experience with hormone therapy or men's health preferred Ability to interpret labs and diagnostic testing Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWork Environment Onsite clinical setting Collaborative, patient-focused environment Opportunity for increased hours based on clinic growthWhy Work with Wheeler Staffing Partners Wheeler Staffing Partners connects top healthcare professionals with leading organizations, offering personalized support, career guidance, and long-term growth opportunities.
