Grounded in values of excellence, teamwork, and dignity, we strive to help every individual reach their fullest potential through innovation, consistency, and care.What You'll Do as a Behavioral Health TechnicianProvide hands-on autism support for children and adolescents in a structured school-based settingImplement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategiesAssist students with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and skill-building routinesTrack progress through accurate data collection and session documentationCollaborate with teachers, clinicians, and families to ensure consistent, high-quality careContribute to a safe, positive environment where every student can learn and thriveOur Ideal Behavioral Health TechnicianHolds a High School Diploma (required); an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or Education is preferred.Has experience working with children or adolescents, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other behavioral health needs.Is trained or willing to be trained in crisis intervention, CPR, and First Aid.Is compassionate, observant, and patient, with a genuine desire to help children and adolescents with autism succeed.Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and values open communication, consistency, and feedback.Demonstrates professionalism and reliability while maintaining dignity and respect in all interactions.What We Offer Our Behavioral Health TechnicianCompetitive annual salary of $37,280Full-time, weekday schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with no evenings or weekendsComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysShort- and long-term disability and life insurance coverageTuition reimbursement for continuing education and professional growthA supportive, mission-driven team committed to helping you succeedTo ApplyIf you're passionate about helping children with autism reach their potential and want to grow your career in behavioral health, education, or human services, we'd love to hear from you.
