A full-time Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification is needed to support early childhood programs within the Metro Baltimore area schools, starting in August 2026 through June 2027. The primary focus will be contributing to the Early Learning Team by providing behavioral interventions and support for young learners. Location: Ellicott City, Maryland (onsite work) Position Details: Contract role for the 2026-2027 academic year Full-time commitment up to 37.5 hours per week Caseload and assigned schools may vary by district needs Reporting and detailed documentation of daily activities required to measure effectiveness Responsibilities: Deliver behavioral support and interventions for early childhood students Collaborate closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to implement behavior plans Maintain thorough and detailed daily logs to verify activities and assist in generating report cards evaluating program success Participate actively as a member of the Early Learning Team Qualifications: Active BCBA licensure required Experience working with early childhood populations preferred Ability to comply with Maryland state credentialing requirements, including submission of necessary documentation Strong communication and organizational skills for detailed documentation and reporting Additional Information: Positions will be presented to candidates in early April 2026 Assignments are onsite only within Metro Baltimore area schools This role provides the opportunity to apply evidence-based behavioral strategies in an early education setting, making a meaningful impact on children's development.
