When the Locums is here there is an expectation of covering outpatient office and elective procedures as well as inpatient emergent calls.Percentage of practice: peds- 1% adult- 80% geriatric- 19%Outpatient 90% Inpatient 10%Average number of office/clinic patients per day: 15-20Average number of hospital based surgeries per day: 1-2 emergent, 6-8 on elective surgery daysSupport staff: MA and receptionistOffice equipment: PVR and Urolflow, disposable cystoscopes, bladder scannerTrauma level: 2####s to submit:Malpractice - must be included in ratesOrientation - 1/2 the hourly rateOn call daily - to include 8 hours of patient careHoliday/OT - 1.5xWeekend call - per 24 hours of call Sat/SunCall back - per hour of patient contact hoursConversion rateExpenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use Kronos to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used.
