If you're passionate about recovery and want to make a meaningful impact, we warmly invite you to join our growing team.Now Hiring a National Provider to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and support across our multi-site network, ensuring excellence in patient care, operational consistency, and evidence-based substance use and behavioral health treatment.Location: Corporate office in Lakewood, NJ with occasional remote work (up to 1x weekly as needed)Travel: Minimum travel of 2x per month in addition to telehealth as neededHours: Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for emergencies and rotating after-hours on-call responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Include:Take responsibility for the quality of the Avenues Medical productProvide medical training to facility medical personnelConsult with facility providers on high-acute client casesProvide coverage for provider time off and on-call as neededAudit charting , medical operations workflow, protocol adherence, and medical staff performance to drive quality and efficiencyProvide risk management through the ongoing review of compliance and payor standards and ensuring its adherence at all Avenues locationsMaintain ongoing support and engagement between corporate leadership and local facility operations.Conduct department development meetings, execute improvement plans, and evaluate progress to inform facility agendas and development projectQualifications:Education: Post Masters medical training, psych and substance use specialties preferred.Experience: 3-5 years in substance use with co-occurring mental health and medical treatment; MAT and Withdrawal management,Skills: Strong communication, master of medical intervention and medication management, ability to train, and organizedCertifications: MD, NP, PA, with current licensure in at least 1 state we operate in and ability to secure licensure in all states we operate in (or most)Why Join Avenues?At Avenues, our people are our greatest strength.
