Director of Nursing (DON) - Battle Creek, MI Facility - Residential Setting (Psych/Behavioral Health) Schedule: Monday-Friday (with some on-call/after-hours as needed) Job Summary The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for leading and supervising the facility's nursing team while ensuring a safe, therapeutic, and compliant clinical environment. This role provides direct patient care, oversees medication management, coordinates with medical providers and vendors, and serves as the Infection Control Designee.
