Provide expert pharmaceutical care in a retail setting as a Staff Pharmacist during the day shift in Rathdrum, ID. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers 24-32 hours per week working primarily Monday through Friday, with a rotating Saturday schedule that allows for a weekday off when working Saturdays. Key Responsibilities: Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently to ensure patient safety Provide thorough patient counseling to promote proper medication use Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment Utilize the Pioneer system for prescription processing and management Qualifications and Experience: Active and clear Idaho Pharmacist license is required Prior pharmacy experience in retail settings preferred Strong commitment to teamwork and patient care Updated resume, skills checklist, and references ready for submission Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (with off day on Thursday or Friday when scheduled for Saturday) Work Environment: Team comprised of 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier Prescription volume ranges from 300 to 400 per day On successful transition to full-time status, enjoy competitive benefits including paid holidays, partially paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision) after 2 months, 401K with a company match after 1 year, and vacation pay.
