Established Ortho practice looking to add an experienced provider!Our orthopedic client in Dover, NJ is seeking a full time Physician Assistant to join their team. The PA will primarily work with a board certified orthopedic surgeon that specializes in total joints. Candidates with previous orthopedic experience is required.Responsibilities:• Full-time permanent position• Monday-Friday schedule• First assist in the OR, treat patients in clinic & rounds• Minimal call requirements• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments• Diagnose conditions through physical examinations, medical imaging, and laboratory tests• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients• Prescribe medications and recommend non-surgical treatments such as physical therapy or rehabilitation• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededQualifications:• New Jersey State license• Knowledge of orthopedic surgery, treatments and terminology• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systemsBenefits:• Competitive base salary• Bonus compensation• Health, vision, dental insurance• PTO, sick days, holidays• CME allowance
