Located in Gastonia, NC, this full-time, contract position offers an opportunity to work as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school-based setting, supporting elementary, middle, and high school students. The schedule covers 37.5 hours per week, with caseloads varying based on district needs. Responsibilities include: Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs. Developing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Providing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to support behavior strategies. Monitoring progress through data collection, analysis, and documentation. Collaborating closely with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participating in meetings as necessary.
