Executive Director, RNOur client is a leading provider of homecare and home health services in Philadelphia. Thier mission is to provide exceptional services to patients who need our help the most.Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, therapists, social workers, and caregivers to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to our patients in their homes - conduct patient home visitsSupervise team of individuals who provide hospice care to our patientsAssess, plan, direct, and evaluate each patient's care plan to ensure it meets the patient's hospice needsCounsel patient and patient's family on end-of-life needsManage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional mannerComplete medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned hospice patientsProvide nursing care in accordance with applicable regulations and Company policyPrepare and maintain accurate and complete clinical and progress notes on a timely basisQualifications:Active RN state licenseValid drivers' licenseExperience working in the hospice fieldTwo or more years of applicable nursing experience (supervisory/leadership experience preferred)Eligibility for certain benefits may depend on employment status
