A growing closed-door Long Term Care pharmacy is seeking experienced IV Pharmacists to join their expanding operation in Dublin, OH. This opportunity includes two key roles: an IV Lead Pharmacist for 1st shift and an IV Staff Pharmacist for 2nd shift, both critical to maintaining high-quality pharmaceutical care in a specialized long-term care environment. Positions Available: IV Lead Pharmacist 1st shift: Flexible hours, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM IV Staff Pharmacist 2nd shift: Flexible hours, Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM Must have: Active Ohio Pharmacist license Core Responsibilities: Manage Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) in compliance with regulations Review medication orders for drug appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and proper administration Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to recommend therapy adjustments Maintain accurate medication and patient clinical records Resolve medication-related queries efficiently Supervise the preparation and security of medications Keep an accurate register of controlled substances for legal and stock purposes Perform on-call duties as needed Utilize Frameworks system for pharmacy processes Desired Experience: IV pharmacy expertise, with leadership experience preferred for Lead Pharmacist role Background in Long Term Care pharmacy operations Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration Ability to maintain strict security and regulatory standards concerning medications This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive hourly rates based on experience, with a supportive environment for professional growth in a specialized pharmacy setting.
