Please apply and let's talk.Job PurposeTo provide business systems expertise, advice and support to develop operational implementation plans and / or associated service delivery processes, to continuously enhance service delivery. To champion impactful, future-ready technology solutions by delivering sharp analytical insights, strategic design thinking, and expert guidance that drive innovation. You'll play a key role in shaping and aligning new and existing systems and related processes with evolving best practices, governance standards, and modernisation goals. By advocating thoughtful, scalable design, you'll ensure every solution is fit-for-purpose and built to enable lasting transformation across the enterpriseMinimum Qualification & Experience RequiredRelevant Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Business/ Systems Analysis AND 5-7 years' experience within an Information Technology environment with a Business/Systems Analysis background, of which 2-3 years were spent as a Functional/Technical Business/Systems Analyst.ORSenior Certificate (NQF 4) and relevant Business Analysis / Information Technology Qualification(s) / Certification(s), and 5-7 years' experience within an Information Technology environment with a Business/Systems Analysis background.ALTERNATIVE #Senior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 10 years' experience within an Information Technology environment with a Business/Systems Analysis background, with an ability to interpret and review business requirements, identify impacted stakeholders, conduct joint application development sessions as well as manage the financial expenditure for related initiatives.Minimum Functional RequirementsIT related certificationAbility to interpret and review business requirements, Identify impacted stakeholders, Conduct joint application development sessionsManage the financial expenditure for related initiatives.Job Outputs:ProcessAccumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities. Apply practical and applied knowledge and act authoritatively on methods, systems and procedures to identify trends and potential risks. Correctly apply policies, practices, standards, procedures and legislation in the delivery of work outputs. Draw on own knowledge and experience to diagnose symptoms, causes and possible effects in order to solve emerging problems. Initiate process and procedural change, implement the change and provide guidelines and support related to new requirements as a result of the change. Plan for value-added process improvements, initiatives and services to deliver on operational strategy and objectives. Execute specialist input through investigation &opportunities within the product process including risk concern.
