Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab - Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab is looking to hire an Exciting and Creative Director of Recreation for our Skilled Nursing Facility. As the Director of Recreations & Activities, you are responsible to plan, develop, coordinate, and administer a social, educational, and recreational program that meets the psychosocial needs of the Residents. We would love for you to be able to bring a new feeling to the facility for not only the residents but also for the staff!  Qualifications: • Must have prior experience a Recreation Director or Supervisor in a skilled nursing setting  • Must have short term and long term care experience • Ability to plan, develop, implement and facilitate programs • Excellent group facilitation skills • Experience in managerial role and ability to lead and develop a dynamic team • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Must be reliable, responsible, and have the ability to lead and inspire others.
