Here, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside a supportive team that values integrity, respect, and connection.Availability: Swing Shift (Sunday - Thursday) What You'll Do: As a Medication Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting resident health and safety. Daily responsibilities include:Administering prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on scheduleMonitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviorPerforming delegated tasks such as blood sugar testing or insulin administration (as assigned)Maintaining proper storage and management of medicationsTaking and recording vital signsCommunicating with nurses, physicians, and pharmacies to ensure continuity of careActing as a leader and point person during your shift, including responding to emergenciesMaintaining a clean, organized medication room and accurate documentationCollaborating closely with caregivers and other team members to support resident well-beingWhat We're Looking For Minimum age 18Previous experience in a Med Tech roleA passion for serving seniors and making a difference every dayStrong communication and leadership skillsPrevious Med Tech experience and familiarity with EMAR systemsCurrent CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningPhysical Demands: Ability to stand /walk up to eight hours per dayMust be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds.Must be able to lift, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time.
