Job Description Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) Location: MacArthur, WV Schedule: Shift discussed during interview (typically day shift) We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join a growing healthcare facility in MacArthur, West Virginia. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering competitive benefits, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Position Highlights: Shift: Discussed during interview (typically day shift) Compensation: Discussed during interview Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates Permanent, direct hire opportunity Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment Follow quality control procedures and regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required) Previous laboratory experience is preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Why MacArthur, WV?
