Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you will be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operating radiation detection and imaging equipment. Minimum RequirementsAn associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology.Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Nuclear Medicine (N) or CNMT. (Required)Active Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification from the Texas Medical Board or Texas Department of State Health Services. (Required)Minimum 24 months of current nuclear medicine technologist experience. (Required)Experience operating gamma cameras including SPECT/CT and PET/CT scanners, nuclear medicine computers, and cardiac stress equipment. (Required)Ability to administer intramuscular and intravenous injections and initiate IV lines. (Required)Basic knowledge of nuclear medicine therapeutic treatments and basic EKG knowledge for cardiac studies. (Required)Current American Heart Association BLS certification. (Required)Resume, skills checklist specific to nuclear medicine, two supervisory references from within the last year, and documentation of active ARRT and BLS certifications.
