As an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner you will work with our adult clients in our ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services Team) and provide community based services to an at need population. The purpose of the programs is to help individuals who have a mental illness function independently in their homes or places of residence. Services are provided in four areas: Basic Living and Social Skills, Community Intervention, Medication Education and Transitioning to Community Living. Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals. Design and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of client needs.Requirements: In order to be considered for this position, you must be qualified in at least one of the following ways:Meet the Behavioral Health Practitioner requirements as per MN State Statute 245I.04.04.
