This role works under the direction of a certified educator, school counselor, or school psychologist. Key Responsibilities: * Support students' social-emotional learning and behavior management * Assist in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment * Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce SEL strategies * Follow guidance from certified educators, school counselors, or psychologists * Monitor student progress and communicate observations to supervising staff Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with students preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to implement guidance and support student growth in social-emotional areas RATE: $18.18/hr HOURS: 6.5 Hours Per Day 9:00am to 3:30pm DATE OF SERVICE: As soon as possible APPLICATION: Those currently employed by the Bristol Board of Education complete an internal application.
