Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment and capable of handling a wide range of procedures with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain sterile field during surgical proceduresAssist surgeons by passing instruments and suppliesEnsure proper handling of surgical equipment and instrumentsAnticipate the needs of the surgical team during proceduresAdhere to all safety, infection control, and hospital protocolsRequired Experience & Skills:Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience (within the last 4 years) in an acute care settingExperience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center or similarly sized facilityStrong scrub experience is mandatoryMust be proficient in multiple specialties, including:TraumaOrthopedicGeneral SurgeryENTVascularGYNNeurosurgeryBariatricGUQualifications:Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - RequiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionClean professional record (no license/certification issues)Ability to meet all pre-employment compliance requirementsFor more details reach at sthakur@or Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807.
