Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.Minimum Requirements:National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International, or ARRT-SS.Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer.BLS certification required.Required skills: EPIC charting experience; general and vascular studies including ABI, upper and lower arterial, upper and lower venous, extremity vein mapping, AVF mapping, carotid, liver doppler, renal artery, aorta, appendix, pyloric, testicular, soft tissue and hernia evaluation.Required experience with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patient types.Experience with departmental equipment and systems preferred: Philips PACS, Siemens, and EPIC.Preferred certifications or skills: ARDMS (AB, OB, RVT) or ARRT-SS and experience with invasive procedures such as pseudoaneurysm injection and liver/renal transplant imaging.Must not be a first-time traveler; minimum of 2 years facility experience required.Assignment DetailsFacility type: Hospital.Duration: 13 week assignment.Standard hours per week: 40.Patient setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency.Support: Departmental leadership, peers, on-site radiologist, PACS support.EMR: EPIC.Department equipment: Philips PACS, Siemens.Scheduling notes: Variable shift times based on departmental needs.
