Arrange for witness testimony and documentary and video evidence. 3. Ensure that appropriate standards of due process are met, determine the relevancy and admissibility of evidence, and demonstrate appropriate demeanor and impartiality throughout the hearing process. 4. Evaluate evidence presented, resolve issues of law and fact, and consider mitigating and aggravating circumstances. 5. Prepare decisions that includes statements of the evidence relied upon and thorough explanations for the dispositions rendered, including the justification for any sanctions or programmatic referrals imposed. 6. Electronically record all hearings conducted and develop a complete paper record in a manner that may be utilized in the event of future litigation. 7.
