Qualifications Needed (education and/or experience): * Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field with a license to practice as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. * Completes/maintains continuing education requirements. Examples include CPI, CPR/FA/AED, Essential Learning, and others as required. * Good interpersonal skills. Has the ability to observe, record, and report deviations in patient's conditions. * Good communications skills, both from an interpersonal standpoint and the ability to write/produce written reports/documentations as needed to insure good patient care. * Good confidentiality skills - both demonstrating and understanding the importance of a patient's bill of rights.
