Benefits Offered: * Competitive Pay * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off * 12 Paid Holidays * 401k with an employer match * Flexible Spending Accounts * Short and Long-term disability coverage * Life Insurance * Employee Discount Program In this role you will: * Provides services in a behavioral health program. * Plans, develops, implements, and administers services and programs for clients. * Supervises work of assigned staff if applicable. * Acts as client advocate in order to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations. * Develops and implements treatment plans; provides behavioral health assessments; directs treatment staff in evaluating, planning treatments, and delivering therapeutic services. * May counsel clients in individual and/or group sessions in order to help them overcome dependencies, recover from illness, and adjust to life. * Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Needed (education and/or experience): * Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field with a license to practice as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. * Completes/maintains continuing education requirements. Examples include CPI, CPR/FA/AED, Essential Learning, and others as required. * Good interpersonal skills. Has the ability to observe, record, and report deviations in patient's conditions. * Good communications skills, both from an interpersonal standpoint and the ability to write/produce written reports/documentations as needed to insure good patient care. * Good confidentiality skills - both demonstrating and understanding the importance of a patient's bill of rights.
