About the Opportunity Position Type: Full-Time Associate Practice Model: Private, doctor-led specialty group Locations: Established, mature Periodontics practice in State College New DeNovo location launching within a 30-minute drive Compensation: Highly competitive, collections-based structure (details shared during interview) Schedule: Full-time clinical schedule with flexibility Support: Strong operational, administrative, and referral infrastructure You'll step into a practice environment where patient demand already exists, supported by a robust general dentist referral network and experienced clinical teams. Clinical Scope You will practice the full scope of advanced periodontics and implantology, including: Surgical placement of single and multi-unit implants IV sedation for surgical cases Complex and surgical extractions Comprehensive periodontal surgery, including: Osseous surgery Soft tissue grafting Sinus augmentation Ridge augmentation Bone grafting CBCT imaging is standard for pre-consult planning, with strong access to advanced diagnostics and technology.
