The Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified applicants for Substitute Duty Aide positions throughout the district on an as needed basis. Duty Aide- Hours vary per day. $12.50 per hour. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalency * Interest in working with children * Ability to communicate and work well with others * Ability to maintain supervision of a small/large group situation and be able to quickly respond to student needs * Ability to follow directions and a strong desire to succeed * Must be respectful and work collaboratively with peers * Must be dependable and exhibit a strong work ethic * Ability to stand for long periods of time * Ability to maintain and respect confidential information and situations * Must work well with students, staff and parents of diverse populations If qualified and interested, complete the on-line application.
